Large language models (LLMs), as series of large-scale, pre-trained, statistical language models based on neural networks, have achieved significant success in various fields, including natural language processing, multi-agent systems, and multimodal AI. Due to the wide applications and deployment scenarios, LLMs face significant efficiency challenges. It is even impractical to directly deploy LLMs with billions of parameters on edge devices like personal computers and smartphones. These scenari
